Technology opens numerous doors of opportunity to grow and manage business in the insurance world. One avenue of technology that many agents make use of of is the ability to create a unique and personal website. This can be an excellent tool for an insurance agent; however, it is important to be mindful of maintaining website compliance. Below are some tips and tricks to assist with creating a compliant website.
-The term “free” must not be used to describe benefits or services. -The term “senior” must not be used when describing enrollment eligibility. -The term “entitled” must only be used when referencing Part A. As always, make it a point to keep integrity at the forefront of your business by advertising accurate and honest information. |
