READY TO SELL – ACTIVE SELLING AGENTS

AHIP

• Pass AHIP training and testing
• Save AHIP and training certificates

CARRIER TRAINING

• Complete ALL online training modules
• Keep a copy of module completion certificates
• Comply with face-to-face carrier training, if any
• Keep a list of your writing number(s)
• Do not write any new business until you receive the carrier’s “Ready to Sell” notification

READY TO SELL – FIRST YEAR AGENTS

• After completing AHIP and carrier certification training, you MAY be eligible to write 2018 business for the remainder of the 2018 selling year.
• Each carrier has specific selling guidelines.  Make sure you check prior to writing any new business.
