As a reminder, UnitedHealthcare (UHC) is continuously monitoring that agent’s and agency’s websites, whether they be consumer and/or agent facing, are following CMS’ website guidelines. In addition to CMS guidance, agents who represent UHC are also required to follow UHC’s Agent Website guidelines. Below is a link to their website checklist for you to use when reviewing your own website, to ensure it meets all aspects of the compliance requirements.
