FDR Compliance Program Requirements

We would like to remind you that the FDR (First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities) Compliance Program requirements have been published on your FMO’s website, under the Compliance tab, for your review. In addition to other written compliance-related materials, we have also recorded a video presentation regarding downline audit readiness that we encourage you to watch, as we provide you with information to assist you in developing and maintaining a compliance program in order to pass a Carrier/CMS audit. The video presentation can be found on the Compliance tab, and the PowerPoint slides that accompany this video presentation are also provided in the link below.

It is important to understand these requirements, as they pertain to you/your organization if you employ any non-producing/non-agent personnel, in any capacity (i.e., full time, part time, seasonal, etc.) These individuals are required to complete training, in addition to other requirements, in order to be able to handle any MA/PDP business or related functions. We also provide additional compliance materials for agents on the Compliance tab.
