Star Ratings as Part of the Sales Presentation

During each sales presentation, agents are required to provide the most current version of Gateway Health’s Star Ratings through the standardized Star Ratings information document. The Star Ratings information document must be distributed with the Summary of Benefits and/or when the enrollment form is provided to a beneficiary.
Star Ratings are generally issued in October of each year. Plans/Part D sponsors will be required to use updated Star Ratings information within 21 calendar days of the release of the updated information.
